About Dansk Reklame Film: We are a successful and dynamic organization with a workday characterized by changes and varied tasks. Your new workplace will be Nordisk Film's unique environment in Valby, which is experienced as a small city within the city. You will become part of our ambitious sales team consisting of 11 engaged colleagues. We are generally characterized by high spirits and an informal social tone. As a team, we lift together, and we are all oriented towards a common goal - to develop Dansk Reklame Film's position in the media market.

About the role as Sales Supporter: As a Sales Supporter at Dansk Reklame Film, you will be a key person in our sales team. You will have a central role in supporting our sellers, ensuring an effective sales process, and maintaining close cooperation with the finance team. You will report directly to the Head of Sales, but have an important professional connection to the finance team, as a significant part of your tasks has a financial character. Your primary task is to ensure structure, overview, and that nothing is overlooked, even when things are going strong. You are good at gathering the threads and making sure that everything ends up tied up.

Your responsibilities:

  • Order processing: Handling orders across our products, e.g., classic and programmatic cinema advertising, from order creation to invoicing.
  • Customer communication: Be the primary contact person for customers regarding invoices and other inquiries.
  • Internal communication: Act as a liaison between the sales, finance, and operations teams, ensuring effective communication and information sharing.
  • Pricing and offers: Assist with pricing calculations, preparation of offers, and ensuring correct pricing and process compliance.
  • Monthly and annual closings and audit: Responsible for reconciling turnover at monthly and annual closings and for the part of the audit material that relates to turnover and customers.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for a person who:

  • Is structured, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Is independent, proactive, and aware of the importance of adhering to deadlines.
  • Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and can communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and colleagues.
  • Has authority and the ability to assert oneself in a constructive manner.
  • Has flair for numbers and economics, and understands the financial aspects of the sales process.
  • Has good IT skills, and is strong in Excel. Experience with ERP and CRM systems as well as accounting principles is an advantage.
  • Has an eye for optimizing and developing processes.

  • You are flexible and can handle many tasks simultaneously.
  • You are results-oriented and are motivated by contributing to the company’s success.
  • We envision you having relevant experience from a similar position within sales, marketing, or administration, preferably with a financial focus. It is a requirement that you are fluent in Danish, both written and spoken.
