Job Title

The Direct Sales organization is scaling rapidly and requires strong analytics, reporting, and performance insights to support execution, decision-making, and growth. This role provides end-to-end ownership of sales performance analytics and operational reporting, ensuring leaders and teams have clear visibility into results, trends, and opportunities across the Direct channel.

What You'll Do

Analytics, reporting & performance insights

  • Own the design, delivery, and ongoing evolution of performance reporting and analytics for the Direct Sales organization
  • Track and report on key business and sales KPIs including sales activity, lead generation, retention activity, value-added sales (MPS), and USB deepening (referrals and compensation)
  • Produce executive-ready insights that highlight trends, risks, opportunities, and performance against targets
  • Support campaign analytics and compensation reporting, including performance thresholds and required reporting files
  • Maintain reporting structures and hierarchies, ensuring alignment across BI platforms and master data (MDM)

Tools & data enablement (Salesforce as a platform, not the focus)

  • Leverage Salesforce and related tools as key data sources for analytics, dashboards, and reporting
  • Partner with technical and BI teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
  • Identify opportunities to automate or streamline recurring reports and reduce manual effort

Business operations & cross-functional partnership

  • Partner with Direct Sales leadership, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Business Intelligence teams to align reporting definitions and priorities
  • Support ongoing tracking of lead-generation and retention activities in coordination with Marketing and Hybrid teams
  • Continuously improve reporting processes to better support sales execution and leadership decision-making

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience. Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in analytics, reporting, sales operations, or business operations roles
  • Strong ability to interpret data, identify insights, and communicate findings clearly to senior leaders
  • Experience working with CRM and reporting platforms (e.g., Salesforce, BI tools) in an analytics or reporting capacity
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Advanced project management knowledge preferred
