Real Estate Support Officer

We are looking for a Real Estate Support Officer to join the growing team on a permanent, Full-Time basis.

Our Real Estate Support Officers are the first people our clients see when they interact with Elders. Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the branch and support our real estate team in building relationships with clients. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert administrative support to the real estate team, enabling the branch to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Assist with preparing documentation, including advertising, newsletters, sale contracts, and property management support.
• Assist our agents in delivering a smooth, positive sale process for our vendors and purchasers.
• Record funds accurately, complete trust fund transfers, and process invoices in a timely manner.
• Create promotional and marketing materials, including managing social media content to showcase properties and actively promote the Elders brand.
