Sales Manager Role

Element seeks an ambitious, passionate, and motivated self-starter for the role of Sales Manager. In this role, you will be a proactive seller responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with a defined group of existing Element customers and prospects.

Element is a fast-growing company implementing a strategy to develop a nationwide, industry-leading TIC sales team, offering tremendous growth potential for candidates seeking career and advancement opportunities. Motivated candidates undergo a rigorous onboarding process, industry-specific technical training, and situational sales training.

Responsibilities

Start in Business Development

• Support our customers and provide them with solution-oriented technical consulting after a training phase.
• Identify new business areas and potential customers, enjoying the use of digital sales tools.
• Work closely with the sales support team.
• Bring initial experience in technical sales (in German and English).

Skills / Qualifications

• Completed engineering degree or completed technical training with good knowledge and interest in the field of electrical engineering.
• Good understanding of technical products.
• Enjoy selling and advising, positive charisma.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good English language skills, any other foreign languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to visit customers, support trade shows and other business events.
