Ideally, this candidate has experience selling cardiometabolic health medications with physicians and allied healthcare professionals in the St. Thomas/Chatham/Amherstburg and surrounding areas. Proven success in previous roles has come from creating exceptional customer experiences, demonstrating a high collaborative teamwork approach, and strong leadership. This candidate has experience that is derived from being trained with a needs-based customer interactive model and has demonstrated an ability to learn quickly.

At Lilly Canada, Sales Consultant positions are structured into three levels based on the candidates experience, background, and qualifications. For transparency, the ranges for this position are:
• Associate Sales Consultant: $75,000 - $110,00
• Sales Consultant: $86,250 - $126,500
• Sr Sales Consultant: $102,000 - $149,600
This role is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as participation in the Lilly Sales Incentive Program and a car allowance.

The anticipated wage for this position is $75,000 - $149,600.
Full-time equivalent employees may also be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
