We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at Eli Lilly y Compañía de México. The primary objective is the promotion and sale of our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular visits to current and potential clients to present product information, updates, and benefits.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and proper use of Eli Lilly products.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and meetings as needed.
  • Manage and update the client database and report sales activities regularly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the effective implementation of promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, codes of ethics, and pharmaceutical industry regulations.

Qualifications of the Position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, Chemistry) or related fields (Business Administration, Marketing).
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Solid knowledge of the Mexican pharmaceutical market and competition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Results-oriented and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Availability to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (essential).
  • Knowledge of English (intermediate) is valued.
