Lilly is searching for an experienced Hematology Sales Consultant to launch a new product. This individual is a motivated self-starter, who possesses strong relationships with key cancer centres and thought leaders, especially in the GTA and South Western Ontario.
The sales consultant is responsible for delivering superior customer experiences by identifying critical needs and delivering solutions at the account, centre, and regional level. This includes shaping the environment to support access to, and use of, Lilly's Hematology product while collaborating with other Hematology team members.
As the successful candidate, you hold deep knowledge of the health care system, regional and national cancer care initiatives, drug access, and therapeutic options. You will identify and develop relationships in key centers with customers such as hematologists, hematologist-oncologist, drug access navigators, nurse educators, and pharmacists. You will interpret data to develop and implement a detailed plan for the territory while identifying specific challenges to deliver solutions that meet business objectives. You will serve as a triage for cross-functional Lilly team including the LillyPlus™ Patient Support Program (PSP), Medical, Patient Access, and Marketing.
