✨ About The Role

- Responsible for designing, executing, and enhancing training initiatives for Sales and Customer Success teams at EliseAI - Develop onboarding programs to decrease ramp-up time for new team members and ensure retention of ongoing training and knowledge - Collaborate with Sales Ops to maximize the effectiveness of tools such as Outreach, Gong, and Salesforce - Create tests and certifications to verify adherence to call scripts, SOPs for demos, and provide constructive feedback for improvement - Measure the impact of enablement programs on team performance and work closely with leadership to identify training needs and optimize program effectiveness

⚡ Requirements

- Experienced in sales enablement, with a track record of developing and implementing successful training programs for sales and customer success teams - Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth B2B startup environments and able to adapt to ambiguity and changing priorities - Previous experience as a high-performing SDR, AE, or CSM is a bonus, demonstrating direct engagement with prospects or customers - Strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams including Sales, CS, Product, and Marketing - Ability to monitor and optimize team performance through metrics and reporting, ensuring continuous improvement in enablement programs
