- Lead and be accountable for the success of Healthcare sales at EliseAI
- Build and manage a sales team, mentoring and developing their skills in line with a "challenger sales" methodology
- Work closely with Account Executives to drive adoption of EliseAI with key executives in the healthcare industry
- Attend industry conferences to increase market presence of EliseAI throughout the US
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics tracking

- Experienced in B2B SaaS sales with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Skilled in managing complex enterprise consultative sales processes and leading a team to success
- Excited about the potential impact of AI and new technologies in the healthcare industry
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and willing to be hands-on with customers
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive business growth through effective sales strategies
