Position Overview: ELVTR is on the hunt for a sharp, results-oriented Phone Sales Representative to help convert highly engaged leads into enthusiastic customers. You won't need to chase cold leads—your job is to close warm prospects who've already scheduled their calls. This is a full-time, fully remote position open to candidates based in Colombia. This role requires working hours that align with the APAC time zone.

Responsibilities:

• Convert warm, pre-qualified leads into enrolled students for our premium courses.
• Build rapport with prospects and identify how our programs align with their goals.
• Track your metrics and iterate fast to exceed conversion benchmarks.
• Maintain clean and detailed records in our CRM.
• Communicate customer insights to marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
