✨ About The Role
- The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for managing inbound lead flow and executing outbound prospecting initiatives
- The role involves conducting high-level discovery conversations in target accounts and meeting or exceeding BDR sourced Qualified Opportunity (QO) targets
- The BDR will collaborate with teammates to develop call strategies, messaging, email tactics, and more to drive opportunities
- Responsibilities include researching accounts, identifying key personas, generating interest, and developing accounts to create qualified meetings and pipeline for the Sales organization
- The BDR will also participate in documenting all processes in the Embrace Sales Development handbook and update as needed

- Experienced business development representative with 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing
- Tenacious and passionate about identifying and engaging with potential customers to create new interest
- Creative thinker who can generate innovative ideas to capture prospects' interest and build relationships
- Proficient with Salesforce or other CRM software and has a track record of achieving sales quotas
