Job Summary

Havel is looking for a Sales person. In this position you will be responsible for building automation system parts sales for commercial, industrial, educational and institutional clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers
  • Expand sales for existing customers
  • Knowledge of building automation systems is a plus
  • Identifies potential opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Converts leads into opportunities by identifying the appropriate sales course of action
  • Develops multiple relationships with buying influences within the customer's organization which may include the facility manager, project managers, or purchasing agents
  • Is successful at maintaining an acceptable rate of new sales
  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales and marketing
  • Knowledge of financial based sales
  • HVAC/Automation systems knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent communicator and have great organizational skills with a positive attitude while being a team player.
  • Believe that customer service is the first priority.
  • Knowledgeable in computers and common computer software.

  • Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
