We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented commercial sales support specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to our commercial operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. You will work closely with various departments to facilitate communication, manage documentation, and support the overall commercial strategy.
Assist in the preparation and management of commercial documents and contracts. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Maintain and update customer records and databases.
Provide support in the development and implementation of commercial strategies.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
Monitor market trends and provide insights to the commercial team.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or industrial environment.
International sales experience required.
Bilingual in German and English, both written and verbal, is required.
Proven experience in a commercial support or administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
