Inside Sales Engineer Position

In this role, your responsibilities will be:
- Provide timely assistance to clients from on-site workstations or by phone, regarding requests and solutions related to the entire product portfolio.
- Develop and present technical and commercial offers to clients based on their needs.
- Establish and develop long-term commercial relationships with our clients, including occasional field visits.
- Perform technical and commercial checks and follow-ups on orders, in collaboration with field sales engineers, to detect any possible errors.
- Determine the necessary resources and bring the order material up to the standards for registration in our systems.
- Manage your client portfolio independently and generate high customer satisfaction by actively listening to requirements, providing feedback, and offering improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate activities between clients and different factories, engineering departments, and suppliers for special requests (deadlines, materials).
- Update our customer relationship management tool (CRM) daily and maintain complete and accurate records in the database.
- Advise and guide clients in the use of our digital tools.
- Participate in various training to maintain a high level of knowledge of our products and the industrial market applications and stay updated on new products and range developments.
- Participate in the integration process by accompanying new arrivals.
- Implement good practices to ensure safe procedures, legal, ethical, and commercial compliance, and information security protection.

For this position, you will need:
- A minimum level of commercial or industrial training (BAC+2)
- In-depth technical knowledge of instrumentation: fluid dynamics, automation, control, industrial chemistry
- General knowledge of physical measurements, industrial processes, and sales techniques
- Initiative and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in French, written and spoken
- Good mastery of office tools, Pack Office, and internal software.
Preferred qualities that distinguish you:
- Ability to adapt to changes (tools, procedures, organization)
- Ability to work in a team within a matrix organization
- Previous experience with a customer relationship management system (CRM)
- Familiarity with an ERP system
