Empiria Group is currently looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our headquarters team. This is a full-time, year-round job based in Athens.

Empiria Group, owns, manages, and operates a unique collection of luxury hotels and villas, members of The Luxury Collection and Design Hotels of Marriott International, located in prime destinations around Greece, namely in Santorini, Paros and Peloponnese.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will support the Sales team in maximizing revenue opportunities and ensuring the smooth operation of all sales activities. You will assist with administrative tasks, coordinate communication with clients and internal departments, and contribute to the organization of sales events and initiatives. Your role is essential in ensuring timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination across all functions of the Sales department.
