What is the role?
We're growing our commercial team and looking for a high-energy and driven Sales Development Representative to be a key player in helping expand our market presence. You'll work closely with EnduroSat's commercial Business Development Manager to identify and qualify leads and new opportunities and help build a healthy pipeline for long-term growth.
This role is based in Denver, Colorado, where we are building a high-performing and fast-paced team. The position will be primarily on-site and in person at the office, with occasional travel to industry conferences and visiting customers.
Some of your daily tasks will include:
- Research and identify potential customers across the commercial space landscape
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified meetings for the Business Development team
- Engage prospects to understand their mission needs, technical requirements, and decision-making processes
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to refine messaging and target key sectors (e.g., communications, earth observation, etc.)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the CRM system
- Track KPIs such as outreach activity, conversion rates, and opportunity progression
- Assist with developing presentation decks, proposals, and sales operations as needed
- Stay current on satellite market trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape
Essential Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role, ideally in a B2B environment
- Motivation and interest in the space industry and satellite technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-comfortable initiating conversations with technical and executive-level contacts
- Ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear value propositions
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
- Background in aerospace, engineering, or related industries is a bonus but not required
- Willingness to travel occasionally in the US and internationally
- Based in the Denver area or willing to relocate
- US citizen or US permanent resident

Salary range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, plus an incentive-based commission structure. The state of Colorado requires listing salary details. The salary will likely be within this range although it may differ based on experience level or other factors.
