Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator supports the Sustainability Sales Team customer portal and prequalification setup. The Sales Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Sales / EVP and is a part of a highly collaborative team that works in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. The Sales Coordinator's responsibilities include supporting the Sales Professionals under the Sustainability group to ensure seamless interaction with customer portal set-up and pre-qualification support.

• Manages the maintenance and setup of all customer portal setups.

• Manages the completion of all prequalification packets for customers.

• Works with all shared support group members to collect the data for portal setup and pre-qualifications.

• Supports sales team in the proposal strategy development and research.

• Maintains all RFP response information including work history, Site Specific Projects, References, Certifications, Processes etc.

• Ensure consistency of branding and content across marketing materials and apply internal brand standards and document design guidelines.

• Tracks sales team attendance at external events including conferences, golf tournaments, and special events.

• Maintains PowerPoint presentations, advertisements, client leave-behinds, infographics, and other client-facing marketing materials.

• Make customer care calls as assigned.

• Other administrative duties as assigned.

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.

• 1-3 years professional experience in marketing, graphic design, or public relations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Professional interpersonal skills.

• Strong graphic skills with ability to clearly deliver specific and complex messages.

• Creative thinker / problem solver.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro.

• Ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to efficiently research specific topics using various internal and external resources.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• Adobe Creative Suite experience.

Travel Requirements

• 5% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.

Physical/Work Environment Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Climbing stairs.

• Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods.

• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.

• Quiet environment.

• Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds.

USD $19.18 - USD $25.64 /Hr.
