- Lead and accelerate global sales by planning and executing a holistic sales strategy targeted towards startups, scaleups, and Mid-market customers
- Work efficiently with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to set up for high and sustainable growth
- Become an expert on Enode products, customers' use cases, and the value created for them
- Build and develop a world-class sales team motivated by the mission to accelerate the energy transition
- Drive platform growth with self-serve solutions for low-touch customers

- Experienced in successfully leading and scaling B2B SaaS Sales teams with a track record of growing ARR in Series A/B-stage startups
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to dive deep into sales data to understand performance, forecasting, and reporting
- Ability to lead by example and be hands-on with key accounts to drive a high-performing sales culture
- Highly independent and organized, with the ability to self-prioritize and drive processes forward
- Passionate about accelerating the energy transition and empathetic towards the team and customers
