- Lead and accelerate global sales by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy targeting startups, scaleups, and mid-market customers - Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive sustainable growth - Become an expert on Enode products, customer use cases, and the value proposition for customers - Build and nurture a high-performing sales team aligned with the company's mission - Drive platform growth through self-serve solutions for low-touch customers

⚡ Requirements

- Experienced in leading and scaling B2B SaaS sales teams, preferably in a Series A/B-stage startup environment - Demonstrated success in growing ARR through strategic sales initiatives - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data for performance evaluation and forecasting - Ability to prioritize tasks independently and drive processes forward efficiently - Passionate about accelerating the energy transition and empathetic towards team members and customers
