- Responsible for qualifying leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel by making outbound calls and handling inquiries
- Move leads through the sales funnel and connect them to the appropriate salesperson
- Regularly follow up with potential clients via calls or emails to maintain engagement
- Attend frequent trainings to learn and implement proven sales strategies and concepts
- Expected to meet or exceed assigned performance metrics and key expectations

- Experience in a sales-driven or customer service environment, with a focus on telesales and making outbound calls to potential clients
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and overcome objections
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics and key expectations
- Comfortable attending frequent trainings to learn and implement proven sales strategies to increase sales
