Sales Operations Specialist

In the context of a replacement within our ADV department, we are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist on a fixed-term contract (8 months).
Attached to the Sales Operations Manager, your main duties will be:
- Entering orders in the ERP, checking product availability, the applied rates, recording discounts according to ongoing promotions, informing customers of delivery times, proposing substitute products if there is a shortage
- Transmitting various information to sales points: commercial information, rates, product availability
- Providing technical support to sales points by having a technical knowledge of product characteristics, pathology and anatomy and advising on the choice of a product
- Practicing active listening to customers, relaying and transmitting information deemed relevant.
- Practicing commercial rebound during telephone exchanges (formulating a commercial offer, promoting a new product...)
- Handling all disputes related to the receipt of a non-conforming order, a defective product, a delivery delay, a pricing error and providing solutions to best meet the objective of customer satisfaction
- Informing the concerned services of complaints, alerting them if a rapid action is necessary
- Recording each complaint in Salesforce and in the dedicated tools (Defective: Agile, others: Oracle)
- Linking with carriers to ensure contractual delivery times, filing claims in case of loss
- Checking and processing all customer return requests, informing the FDV when necessary, making quotations according to the age and establishing return orders
- Entering all client credits in the ERP related to returns (clients, FDV), complaints, defective products, stock or price regularization
Required profile:
- Level Bac+2
- Foreign language: English (B2)
- Knowledge of the Office suite
- Relational, commercial, technical skills
- Management of difficult clients
- Diligence, organization, adaptability, analytical and synthetic spirit
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle or an ERP would be a plus
