Job Description

For our Milan office, we are looking for Commercial Consultants with at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the photovoltaic sector. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from the first contact to the closing of the contract, with the support of an experienced Team Lead.

What you will do:

• Present our offers to customers, both inbound and outbound
• Manage the complete sales process, from first contact to contract signing
• Continuously update the company CRM to ensure optimal management of leads
• Constantly deepen your knowledge of products and the sector to always stay updated and competitive

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Minimum 2/3 years of sales experience, preferably in the photovoltaic sector
• Passion for sales and the ability to achieve goals
• Excellent communication and commercial skills
• Interest in sustainable energy solutions

What we offer:

Contract: Permanent – 4th level of the CCNL Commerce

Remuneration: Competitive package commensurate with experience and skills, inclusive of 13th and 14th month salary

Variable Bonus: Up to €15,000 annually
