Job Description

• You will take over the onboarding of new sales partners and their salespeople and accompany them from the first contact to the successful contract conclusion.
• You will holistically support existing sales partners, providing them with technical and sales impulses, thus contributing significantly to their continuous success.
• You will conduct regular training sessions for new and existing sales partners and their salespeople, ensuring a steady improvement of their expertise and sales skills.
• You will independently plan, organize, and conduct sales events in the PV and renewable energy sectors to support sales partners in expanding their portfolios.
• You will accompany our sales partners to customer appointments when needed, to actively promote the sales process and strengthen direct exchange.
• You will provide active support in the implementation of contract closures, thereby directly contributing to our joint business success.
• You will maintain professional relationship management with local managers of the sales partners and represent our company in all interactions confidently and convincingly.

Qualifications

• You have several years of experience in sales and are open to working on new topics like PV sales. Experience in a large financial sales sector is a plus.
• You have a strong motivation and resilience, tackling challenging situations in a goal-oriented and successful manner.
• You are a passionate coach who enjoys developing people and helping them to continuously improve.
• You have a strong desire to succeed, an eye for details, and are always result-oriented.
• You are used to traveling a lot and enjoy direct communication with sales partners and customers on-site.
• You are fluent in German, both verbally and in writing. Additional language skills like Turkish, Russian, Polish, or Romanian are advantageous.
