Job Responsibilities

• As the first point of contact for our customers, you will act as the central interface and ensure that they feel well taken care of.
• You are responsible for the efficient coordination and scheduling of meetings with our sales managers to ensure a smooth process.
• You are in charge of preparing customers for their expert meetings.
• Through your convincing communication, you will not only satisfy our customers but also long-term excite and make them fans.
• With your commitment, you actively contribute to the optimization of our internal processes and work closely with other departments to achieve the best possible results.
