Enphase is currently seeking a Commercial and Industrial (C&I) Regional Sales Manager (Western US) to call on installers that primarily sell commercial. The position will closely collaborate with the Residential Regional Sales Managers and C&I FAEs, Product Group, Trainers, Field Marketing Specialists and Customer Service. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving C&I revenue and servicing partners and end-customers. The ideal candidate has small commercial solar sales experience and a unique blend of business, technical, and leadership skills. They will establish plans and strategies to expand the regional C&I business including the go to market for the IQ8P-3Phase to serve the existing customer business and grow a new customer base. The position is a remote, home office position.

This is a remote position (CA based highly preferred) with 30-50% travel. The pay range for this position is on-target earnings $130,000 to $194,400 per year, dependent on candidate location. This salary range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions. This position is also eligible for equity, and benefits.
