Maintain timely and effective communications with clients.
Calling on clients/prospects with Sales team to assist in qualifying leads.
Assist in preparation of sales proposals for tenders, RFP and RFI responses for timely submission as needed.
Manage and lead the review of the requirements of complex projects and design the best solution to bid, including the technical aspects, bill of materials, scope of work, and project risks involved.
Provide comprehensive technical designs of proposed solutions.
Collaborate with the solution integration team on product pitches and Proof of Concept to customers.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CRTSA or equivalent.
Network and server related certifications are an added bonus.
At least 6 years of IT technical experience of which at least 3 years are in Technical Pre-Sales.
Knowledge of both cybersecurity and network infrastructure technologies.
Knowledge in server and endpoint technologies are an added bonus.
Ability to translate technical information into business benefits for stakeholders.
Good inter-personal communication skills to develop client relationships.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and good presentation skills.
Go-getter attitude to pursue sales and leads.
Ability to craft successful technical sales pitches for the Sales team.
Comprehend business strategies and requirements and develop necessary designs and plans to ensure projects and solutions satisfy those needs.
Provide advice and make decisions about which technologies would be suitable to use for various projects.
Keep updated on latest cybersecurity best practices, latest technological advances and cybersecurity trends.
