Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive with a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the AI space. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while building long-term relationships with enterprise clients across German-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and close
  • Build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities in DACH markets
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to C-level and technical stakeholders
  • Understand client needs and align them with our AI-driven SaaS solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings as needed

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (AI domain preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a consultative sales environment
  • Experience in the contact center industry is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of the AI and B2B SaaS landscape and enterprise sales cycles
  • Native or fluent German speaker (mandatory), with excellent English communication skills
  • Experience selling to DACH-region clients is highly preferred
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar

Nice to Have:

  • Background in AI, automation, or conversational technology
  • Experience working in cross-functional global teams
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
