✨ About The Role
- The Regional Vice President of Sales will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and developing new and existing business sales relationships with property management companies in the Southeast region
- The role involves local and regional travel, active participation in local and regional apartment associations, and occasional visits to Entrata headquarters in Utah and national trade shows and events
- Key responsibilities include identifying prospective customers, lead generation, conversion, negotiating prices and terms, and maintaining client relationships
- The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of fostering client relationships, social intelligence, and the ability to build quality, long-term relationships with clients and colleagues
- This role requires a proactive approach to sales, a deep understanding of the industry, and a commitment to excellence in customer service and relationship management
âš¡ Requirements
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in technology/software sales, specifically in SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise software
- Experience in the multifamily housing industry is required
- Bachelor's degree is necessary
- True passion for sales, presenting, negotiating, and closing business
