Inside Sales Representative

Entrust is seeking a motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic European sales team. This role is a key part of our growth strategy, focusing on our innovative Identity Verification (IDV) and Electronic Signature SaaS solutions. You'll be targeting the small to medium enterprise (SME) market, helping businesses operate securely and efficiently across Europe.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Sales Cycle: Drive the full sales cycle for our SaaS solutions, from initial contact to close.
  • Manage Inbound Leads: Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries from various channels (phone, chat, email).
  • Proactively Prospect: Generate new leads and identify key decision-makers to build and supplement your sales pipeline.
  • Qualify Opportunities: Use sales methodologies like BANT to assess and prioritize opportunities effectively.
  • Educate and Consult: Understand client needs and clearly articulate how our solutions provide value.
  • Conduct Demonstrations: Perform compelling remote product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Achieve Your Goals: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities in Salesforce and other outreach tools.
  • Collaborate and Learn: Work closely with the wider sales team, marketing, and product specialists to optimize strategies. You'll also learn from and work alongside experienced Sales Executives to develop your skills.

Who You Are

  • You have at least 2 years of commercial experience, with a strong preference for experience in SaaS or technology sales.
  • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree and have excellent English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a strong advantage, and additional European languages are a plus.
  • You have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • You are proficient with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and sales outreach tools.
  • You are self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • You are customer-focused and skilled at building strong relationships.
  • You have a genuine interest in technology and can quickly learn and articulate the benefits of complex SaaS solutions.
