✨ About The Role

- The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to enhance sales productivity. - This role involves overseeing the planning and execution of complex sales enablement programs, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. - The successful candidate will manage cross-functional projects across sales, marketing, and product teams, driving accountability and cooperation. - The role includes developing results-oriented coaching plans and effectively coaching sales leaders to implement a formal 1:1 coaching program. - The Sales Enablement Manager will also design and execute training programs for sales and sales leadership, as well as onboarding for new hires.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement, with at least 5 years of experience in a formal Sales or Revenue Enablement function. - A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to articulate complex concepts clearly across various levels of the organization. - The individual should have proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and fostering collaboration among diverse teams. - A strong ability to conduct needs assessments through insightful questioning and active listening is essential for uncovering challenges and opportunities. - The candidate should be adept at developing and mentoring teams to foster growth and high performance.
