Enterprise Expansion Sales Executive
Entrust is seeking an experienced Enterprise Expansion Sales Executive to own the end-to-end expansion sales cycle across our existing enterprise customers in the APAC region. The Opportunity
As an Expansion Sales Executive, you will be the primary driver of growth within our valued client accounts. You will unlock additional value from Entrust's leading identity verification solutions, helping our customers secure their operations and realize their strategic goals.
We are committed to customer success and provide a comprehensive onboarding experience, robust internal support, and close collaboration with our Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Legal teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Own and manage the full expansion sales cycle—from identifying new growth opportunities within existing enterprise accounts to successfully closing upsell and cross-sell deals.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with Customer Success to analyze account health, usage patterns, and strategic objectives, leading to targeted expansion strategies.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain deep relationships with key C-level and senior stakeholders across multiple business units and geographies.
- Trusted Advisor: Act as a subject matter expert in identity verification, uncovering customer challenges and aligning Entrust's solutions to evolving needs.
- Execution Excellence: Conduct impactful presentations (in-person and online) and lead all aspects of complex deal execution, including prioritization, financial assessment, structuring, and negotiation.
What You Will Bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience: Proven track record of driving expansion sales (upsell/cross-sell) within complex enterprise accounts in the SE-Asia / ANZ market.
- Quota Success: Solid experience in a quota-carrying software or technology role, consistently achieving and exceeding growth targets.
- Strategy: Success in developing and managing complex account strategies and navigating large, sophisticated enterprise organizations.
- Sales Discipline: Strong ability to identify new opportunities and execute a disciplined, methodical sales approach.
- Communication: Excellent relationship-building, listening, presentation, and communication skills for engaging with senior and C-level executives.
- Tool Proficiency: Goal-oriented team player with adaptability to thrive in a high-growth environment, proficient with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and web-based presentation tools.
Desired Assets (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in the identity, security, or FinTech industry.
- Training in recognized sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC / MEDDPICC / Force Management).
- Experience with accounts in the financial services, crypto, travel, gaming & gambling verticals.
- Strong network with Enterprise accounts, particularly within the banking industry.
