We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Customer Support Coordinator to join our commercial team.
This role is central to ensuring that all inbound enquiries are handled efficiently, professionally, and with care — providing the first point of contact for many of our clients. You'll be responsible for qualifying and directing enquiries, maintaining accurate CRM data, and supporting colleagues across the commercial function.
You'll be equally comfortable speaking with customers on the phone as you are managing systems and processes behind the scenes. This is a varied and rewarding role that would suit someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and building positive relationships.
