Regional Sales Manager
Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned region. This position implements the overall sales strategy to meet the growth and customer relationship objectives of the business. Provides leadership, management, and coaching to a team of regional sales representative.
Essential Duties:
- Review weekly activity by RSRs on weekly Daily Management reviews, and utilize Problem-solving-process to understand issues and develop countermeasures.
- Approve expense reports for RSRs.
- Attend and generate sales at various Trade Shows, Educational Courses and sales events.
- Maintain high level of product knowledge, including competitive products.
- Coach RSRs on product knowledge and company sales platform / approach.
- Co-travel with RSRs and rate performance on Co-Travel Report.
- Set goals for RSRs and ensure assigned region meets monthly, quarterly and annual sales growth.
- Maintain relationships with all key customers within assigned region.
- Uphold all Company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of successful B2B sales experience in lieu of education.
- 3+ years of consultative B2B sales experience selling complex products and solutions with a track record of sales goal achievement.
- Possess valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Must reside within the designated geography.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in professional selling and influencing skills and account management.
- Dental industry or medical device sales experience preferred.
- Dental implant sales experience strongly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to execute strong time management and prioritization skills for optimal productivity.
Target Market Salary Range: $64,400 - $95,400
