The Sales Channel Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing relationships with distributors and channel partners to drive sales growth and profitability. This role ensures that sales quotas are met, channel strategies are executed effectively, and distributor performance aligns with company objectives. The Sales Channel Manager acts as the primary liaison between the company and its distribution network, fostering collaboration, resolving conflicts, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors and channel partners.
Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Monitor distributor performance against sales quotas and KPIs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with channel partners to maximize profitability.
Provide sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to senior management.

Education & Experience:
