Sales Executive, Software

The Sales Executive, Software is responsible for identifying existing DEXIS software customers and enrolling them into our new software module called DTX Studio over the phone. Successful Sales Executives will build strong partnerships with Envista colleagues to leverage their experience to build this revenue stream.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Expand existing DEXIS software business in assigned territory by enrolling existing customers into DTX Studio.
  2. Leverage systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and SAP to effectively identify opportunities
  3. Work with cross functional departments, such as Marketings and Sales Ops, to develop target lists, scripts, and standard work to drive success.
  4. Follow-up with cold and warm leads to enroll customers into DTX Studio software subscription.
  5. Build strong relationships with the customer base through a regular cadence of communication to ensure that their subscription remains active.
  6. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes on schedule.
  7. Document customer interactions in CRM
  8. Be willing to travel up to 5% of the time
  9. Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 3 + years over the phone/Inside Sales experience with software
  • 3 + years experience of self-generating leads

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with selling dental software solutions
  • Experience with DEXIS software
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics

Skills & Attributes Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems preferred
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communications Skills
  • Excellent Consultive Selling Skills
  • Excellent Collaborative Behavior Skills
  • Well spoken, organized, self-motivated, and ambitious
  • Consistently ranks in the top tier at previous sales jobs
  • Able to navigate multiple computer tabs/screens
  • Competitive and thrives in a sales environment
  • Scripted Environment – Have the ability to follow a script, but make it your own
  • Competitive Spirit – Desire to succeed and be the best you can be
  • Polished, energetic, a hunter in business development, and exude professionalism
  • Must enjoy competition in a quota-driven sales environment
  • Strong communication and tenacity-no fear of the phone and a solid performance history of meeting sales goals over the phone
