- The Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager will lead a team of Enterprise BDRs focused on proactive outbound efforts.
- This role involves educating and evangelizing the Envoy mission to customer offices across the US and Canada.
- The manager will drive the growth and adoption of Envoy by contacting target Enterprise accounts and achieving quota targets.
- They will implement strategies to source and generate revenue from greenfield accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- The role requires maintaining clear visibility on pipeline performance and providing monthly forecasts on pipeline generation.
- The BDR Manager will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to enhance the customer experience.
- This position is hybrid, requiring at least 3 days a week in the San Francisco HQ.

- The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience managing BDR/SDR teams selling software to US accounts.
- They should have a proven track record of driving targeted outbound BDR prospecting strategies with an emphasis on multithreading.
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to coach and ramp SDRs/BDRs effectively and in a timely manner.
- Experience managing teams across multiple offices or regions is essential for this role.
- The successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator, both in writing and speaking.
- They should be highly organized, autonomous, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for the product and working with enterprise-sized businesses is crucial.
