Job Summary

The Inside Sales Account Development Representative is responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and supporting the sales team. This role involves cold calling, lead generation, and effective communication to drive sales growth.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and develop new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Track and report on sales activities and outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or lead generation.
