Job Description:

HOURS: 9am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday

JOB SUMMARY:

The Inside Sales Executive will drive new business revenue generation for the trial solutions team through sales outreach to law firm clients, barristers chambers, Arbitrators and arbitration centres.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Outbound sales efforts to generate new business revenue for court reporting and TMX.
  • Using effecting sourcing methods, websites and directories to identify prospects within law firms, barristers chambers, Arbitrators and arbitration centres
  • Responding to incoming queries for quotations.
  • Ensuring that clients and prospective clients are kept up to date with developments to Epiq's proposition.
  • Supporting the follow up of marketing campaigns to drive attendance to events and opportunity generation
  • Setup conference calls and demos for product offerings
  • Participating in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes

CREDENTIALS:

  • Experience within Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • High 'hunter sales' mentality
  • Excellent track record on new business generation and performance against target
  • Prominent organisational and presentation skills.
  • Highly proficient within the Microsoft Office suite
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and managed time effectively.
  • Ability to manage sales revenue target and track monthly sales output.
  • Must be a motivated self-starter, problem solver and customer service/goal oriented.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent.

Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom and based in the United Kingdom.
