The Sales Incentive Analyst plays a critical role in implementing and administering the company's sales incentive compensation programs. This position ensures administration of contracts is aligned with the compensation plans for the Employer Services Business Unit at Workforce Solutions. The position requires a strong blend of analytical skills, data management expertise, and excellent communication to ensure accurate plan application, timely contract processing, and effective business unit support. The Analyst will also play a key role in improving operational processes and ensuring alignment with Compensation Center of Excellence guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Analysis - Review and interpret contracts, determine eligibility, and annual contract value in accordance with the monthly processing deadlines. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations. This is a key analytical task that feeds the compensation calculations.
  • Incentive Plan Expertise – Responsible for the administration, application and detailed understanding of incentive plans.
  • Reporting and Data Management – Support reporting and required detailed understanding of data management. Perform complex analysis using multiple disparate databases with large volumes of information.
  • Communication – Expected to communicate at all levels of leadership, supporting Center of Excellence and business unit requests.
  • Dispute/Exception Management - Research and resolve incentive processing inquiries on a monthly basis. Create content and present to the Designee Compensation Committee.
  • Process Improvement – initiate and build standardized tools, methodologies and business process aimed at improving operation efficiency and effectiveness.

What experience do you need:

  • 2+ years prior experience related to financial and/or revenue analysis, metrics and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite is required with emphasis on advanced Excel/Sheets and Google Slide skills (vlookup & pivot tables)
  • Detail oriented, focused on data integrity and accuracy
  • Prior experience that has developed strong decision-making and problem-solving
  • Ability to prioritize multiple work projects, delivering simultaneous data analysis requests of varying sizes and scope
  • Ability to provide recommendations along with credible data that supports the recommendation

What could set you apart:

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance or a related field
  • Prior sales incentive plan support, analysis and administration
  • Experience with CRM database software preferred; Salesforce.com
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
