Sales Manager

In this versatile role, you combine leadership with commercial strategy. You direct both the field (Application Engineers) and the internal team (via the Teamleader Internal Sales), focusing on technical development, process optimization, and result-driven collaboration. You build bridges between customer needs and product offerings, aiming for sustainable customer relationships and growth.

Leadership & Coaching

  • Directing and coaching the Application Engineers and Teamleader Internal Sales
  • Developing technical knowledge, commercial skills, and solution selling approach
  • Supporting in improving quote hit rates, account plans, and TCO insights

Commercial Strategy & Data

  • Drafting targeted sales strategies based on customer segmentation and market insights
  • Actively using CRM for forecasting, customer management, and opportunity management

Cooperation & Coordination

  • Aligning with the Product Group and other sales teams for a uniform commercial course
  • Leading cross-functional customer projects and sales initiatives

Solution Selling & Push-Pull Strategy

  • Implementing solution selling techniques based on customer needs
  • Promoting both core assortment (Push) and customer-specific custom products (Pull)

Your profile

  • You have 5–7 years of experience in technical B2B sales, with a focus on both Inside and Outside Sales
  • You have managerial experience within a commercial technical environment
  • You have a strong understanding of solution selling and translating technical information into commercial solutions
  • You are analytically strong, data-driven, and have experience with CRM systems
  • You know how to strategically segment customers and align sales actions accordingly
  • You communicate fluently, work collaboratively across departments, and are a true bridge builder
