As Sales Director, you have the overall responsibility for Euro Accident’s sales strategy and business development in the Swedish market. You ensure long-term growth by developing the sales organization, strengthening partnerships, and driving strategic initiatives.

You lead a dedicated team of Key Account Managers, with the main office located in Stockholm but also in our other locations in Sweden, while collaborating closely with colleagues in other departments primarily in Sweden, but also in Norway and Denmark. The role means you are a central actor in our organization, with a clear mandate to drive the business forward and develop new business opportunities. You report to the Chief Business Area Officer Sweden and sit in the leadership group for Business Area Sweden.

• Responsibility for sales strategy and development of distribution channels in the Swedish market. • Develop and lead the sales organization to achieve growth targets. • Strengthen and further develop the cooperation with partners and intermediaries. • Identify new business opportunities and drive innovation in sales. • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

We are looking for you with a strong business focus and solid experience in sales within the insurance or financial sector. You have proven ability to lead sales organizations, develop strategies, and achieve results.

We welcome you to have:

• Academic education in economics, insurance or equivalent. • At least 10 years of experience in sales and leadership, preferably within life or health care insurance. • Ability to build and develop long-term partnerships. • Documented experience in driving change and growth work. • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
