- The role involves being a full-time on-site NGS Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru
- Responsibilities include day-to-day sales activities, customer communication, providing excellent customer service, and managing the sales process
- The NGS Sales Specialist will be working with a team of highly qualified scientific resources and utilizing advanced sequencing platforms
- The position requires collecting customer and market feedback, analyzing sales data, and forecasting
- The role also involves 80% travel within an assigned sales area to meet with customers and close sales
âš¡ Requirements
- Proven track record in sales and sales management, with a strong knowledge of NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) technologies and services
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, analyze sales data, and report to zonal heads
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and experienced in NGS sales
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a background in Life Science and preferably an MBA
- Willingness to travel extensively to potential and existing customers to present company offerings and build brand awareness
