- Responsible for achieving financial objectives of an assigned territory by implementing sales and marketing strategies
- Develop and implement a territory and strategic sales plan involving multiple stakeholders
- Maintain and grow the base revenue stream and ensure client satisfaction through consistent contact
- Conduct client business reviews throughout the year to retain and grow client business
- Represent department and organization professionally and in accordance with established company standards

- Bachelor's degree in the sciences or business administration
- 3-5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in laboratory services or medical sales
- Ability to travel up to 10-15%
- Customer service focused with a professional attitude
- Goal-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently with people at all levels
- Keen attention to detail and ability to keep sensitive information confidential
- High-level proficiency with PC-based software programs, specifically Microsoft Excel
