✨ About The Role
- The Area Sales Manager is responsible for achieving financial objectives by implementing sales and marketing strategies to grow test volume and revenue in the assigned territory
- Develops and implements a territory and strategic sales plan to expand business in existing accounts and secure new accounts
- Conducts sales activities such as client visits, cold calls, sales presentations, and client business reviews to drive revenue growth
- Maintains an accurate sales pipeline, performs administrative duties, and ensures timely payment from clients
- Builds and maintains professional relationships with external customers and internal colleagues to provide excellent service and represent the company professionally

- Bachelor's degree in the sciences or business administration with at least 3-5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in laboratory services or medical sales
- Ability to travel up to 10-15% for customer visits and business development
- Strong customer service focus with excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Goal-oriented individual with exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
