The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and winning laboratory services in the pharmaceutical industry
Tasks include reviewing market trends, proposing new business ideas, and supporting budget decisions
The role involves identifying and researching potential clients, analyzing client needs, and managing contractual processes
Negotiating contract terms, collecting information from customers and competitors, and promoting the company's image through various activities are key responsibilities

Proven experience in pharmaceutical contract sales or product sales, with at least two years in a similar role
Ability to network effectively both internally and externally, influencing and building credibility at a senior level
Strong communication skills to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions
Experience working in a matrix management organization and collaborating across functions to achieve objectives
Capable of contributing to the strategic direction of the business and working globally to achieve business objectives
