Eurofins Food, Feed & Water Testing offers laboratory research and consultancy in Belgium in the field of food, feed, and water and has its own microbiological laboratory in Nazareth (Ghent). Eurofins Food, Feed & Water Testing is experiencing strong growth and development, with dynamics and change being present.

Function Description

As an Inside Sales employee, you are the hub in our customer service team and play a key role for both new and existing customers. You contribute to the success of our organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to fully utilize and develop your communication skills and service orientation.

Your tasks:

• You are the front office contact, meaning you are the first point of contact between Eurofins ECCA and our customers.
• You ensure the preparation and follow-up of quotes, thanks to the detection of customer needs and the development of appropriate quotes.
• You independently manage your customer portfolio (B/C segment) and proactively respond to their needs.

Function Requirements

• You hold a higher diploma in a scientific field with a nutrition background.

• You are a strong communicator, enjoy daily contact with customers, and provide a smooth service.

• You work accurately and in detail.

• You are administratively strong and like to pay attention to the details.
