To strengthen our team of Eurofins Umwelt Ost GmbH, we are looking for you as an Inside Sales Manager (m/w/d) starting January 1, 2026, at the location of Radebeul in part-time or full-time, as well as in an indefinite position.
As an Inside Sales Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the technical consultation of analysis services, sampling, and requirements of existing and new customers.
You create and check individual offers in close coordination with account management and ensure the plausibility of the documents.
Your tasks also include the development of technical solution concepts based on customer requirements and service portfolios.
You support the clarification of test parameters, methods, and test requirements with the laboratory and test management.
Additionally, you take care of the documentation of sales activities in the CRM system and coordinate customer appointments and inquiries.
Finally, as an Inside Sales Manager (m/w/d), you are the heart of the team and ensure close cooperation with interfaces such as the laboratory.
Whether with a completed education or as a lateral entrant (m/w/d) – you convince with your organizational talent, your pronounced service-mindedness, and your customer orientation.
Ideally, you have a commercial, technical, or natural science education, e.g. as a commercial clerk for office management (m/w/d), CTA (m/w/d), or laboratory assistant (m/w/d).
You have prior experience in the area of offer calculation.
You can distinguish the important from the urgent and always keep an overview when prioritizing your tasks.
In addition to empathy, you are characterized by very good communication skills and a pronounced IT affinity.
As a team player, you actively get involved, support where you can, and act straightforwardly in dealing with colleagues (m/w/d) and customers (m/w/d).
You master the German language fluently in speech and writing and score with good English skills.
