- The Inside Sales Representative will support assigned sales executives with quotations, orders, and CRM-related duties.
- Responsibilities include providing onsite support for remote sales executives and hosting customers at the lab.
- The role involves following up with customers and prospects on inquiries and prepared proposals.
- Customer service support will include data entry, project setup, and updating the CRM database.
- The candidate will maintain relevant notes pertaining to projects and opportunities, ensuring accurate information input during quote processing.
- Outbound calling and emailing from databases will be directed by the Sales Manager to re-engage with passive accounts.
- The position may also involve interdepartmental support for company-sponsored events and miscellaneous administrative tasks.
