Reporting to the Global Sales Manager, in the Healthcare division, the Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for managing a defined portfolio of clients, processing orders, preparing and sending proposals, and ensuring smooth execution of sales agreements remotely. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, supporting Business Developers with client insights and order management, and tracking sales activities in the CRM system. This position plays a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, timely order fulfillment, and achieving revenue targets through effective portfolio management.
