✨ About The Role
- The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with clients, driving new business growth, and managing a team of Account Executives within the East region
- This role involves extensive travel along the East coast for on-site client visits and field sales management
- Collaborate with other regional sales teams, business unit managers, and project managers to achieve organic growth for Eurofins Built Environment portfolios
- Develop and execute laboratory-specific marketing and sales plans to support organic growth objectives
- Partner with the Vice President of National Accounts to foster and sell Eurofins Built Environment Testing’s national accounts across the region
âš¡ Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales and sales management experience, preferably in the IAQ/IH laboratory business
- Experience in lab operations and/or exposure to the IAQ/IH industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of Account Executives
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA desirable
